Yes. All teak timber used in our furniture undergoes a kiln-drying process to achieve export-standard moisture content. Our manufacturing timeline is determined by the design specifications, product details, and quantity of items included in each order. For a standard 40ft HC container, the estimated production schedule is approximately 45-70 Days after the deposit payment has been confirmed. Any production schedule or delivery date provided is an estimate only and shall not constitute a guarantee.

No. Orders become non-cancellable once production has commenced, and payments received are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any transportation-related damage should be reported immediately to the shipping line, freight forwarder, carrier, or insurance provider responsible for the shipment.
All claims must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the goods and must include photographs and supporting evidence.
Yes. We warrant that our products are manufactured according to approved specifications and accepted industry standards. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected product. The warranty does not cover improper use, improper storage, environmental exposure, transportation damage after risk transfer, or natural wood characteristics.
