Our manufacturing timeline is determined by the design specifications, product details, and quantity of items included in each order. For a standard 40ft HC container, the estimated production schedule is approximately 45-70 Days after the deposit payment has been confirmed
Our standard MOQ is one 20ft container. Multiple product models (SKUs) may be combined within the container
Special MOQ arrangements may be available for commercial projects, hospitality developments and OEM programs, MOQ requirements will be reviewed individually and confirmed based on project specifications.
We warrant that our products are manufactured according to approved specifications and accepted industry standards. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected product.
Our standard payment terms require a 40% deposit by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) upon order confirmation, with the balance payable prior to shipment
Yes. All teak timber used in our furniture undergoes a kiln-drying process to achieve export-standard moisture content. The timber moisture content is maintained within the range of 8%–15% at the time of production and packing, helping to minimize movement, shrinkage, cracking, and warping during transportation and use
